Dry, brittle and falling out hair. What to do about it?

Dry and brittle hair is a nightmare for many people. Unfortunately, in most cases, we ourselves are responsible for its poor condition. Factors such as excessive dryness, improper hair care, an unhealthy lifestyle, high temperature exposure (e.g., sauna or solarium), and excessive sun exposure all play a role. Frequent styling treatments with curling irons or straighteners also negatively affect hair health. Dry hair becomes fragile and breaks easily. Under the influence of stress, a fast-paced lifestyle, fatigue, and hormonal changes, hair loses its shine and begins to fall out.
